The Bridge2Food Europe 2025 workshop will take place at the ANDRITZ Food Innovation Xperience (FIX), where visitors can experience the future of food processing firsthand. Located in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands, this state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to driving innovation in food and feed processing. The food-grade ATEX environment, combined with a team of knowledgeable process experts, is here to support customers in creating their ultimate solutions. Designed for both R&D and pilot-scale trials, the FIX centre enables partners to explore and validate new process concepts under real production conditions. With a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, and alternative protein development, the FIX centre brings together unparalleled process engineering expertise and advanced technologies to transform ideas into scalable solutions. The centre can mimic a wide range of processes, including dewatering, drying, filtration, extraction, and many more. The possibilities are infinite.
