DAY 1:
15th June 2027
Bridge2Food Europe 2027 begins with a dedicated Technical Course designed to combine the latest scientific developments with practical industry application. Led by leading experts from across academia, research, and the food innovation sector, the programme provides attendees with valuable technical insights into the advancements shaping next generation food products, including emerging technologies, sustainable processing approaches, and innovative product development strategies.
In the afternoon, the course moves into interactive workshops, giving attendees the opportunity to explore real world product development and processing challenges in greater depth through practical sessions and expert led discussions. The day concludes with the Welcome Reception, where the full event community comes together to connect, plan meetings, and begin the Summit with momentum.
DAY 2 & 3:
14th - 15th June 2027
Bridge2Food Europe 2027 continues with a two-day Summit designed to connect market insight, scientific thinking, and practical industry action across the future of food innovation. The programme opens with high-level plenary sessions exploring the forces shaping consumer choice and commercial relevance, with perspectives from leading experts across consumer research, behavioural science, academia, industry, and the wider food ecosystem. Discussions will explore global consumer trends, healthy food choices, behavioural insights, policy developments, and the evolving narratives influencing food systems.
Across "Track I: Consumer & Market Trends", "Track II: Product Development & Processing", and "Track III: Health-Driven Innovation: From Science to Consumer Trends", attendees will hear from leading brands, companies, researchers, and innovators working across the food value chain. Together, Days 2 and 3 are designed to help attendees translate insight into action, build valuable connections, and advance food innovation with greater confidence.
