DAY 1:
9th June 2026
Bridge2Food Europe 2026 begins with a dedicated Technical Course hosted at the Novonesis Innovation Campus, offering in-depth insights into the science, technologies, and processes shaping next-generation food products. The day concludes with a Welcome Reception, providing a relaxed setting to meet fellow attendees, speakers, and partners, and start building connections ahead of the Summit.
DAY 2 & 3:
10th - 11th June 2026
The Summit takes place over two full days and features practical, application-focused content across three parallel tracks: Consumer & Market Trends, Product Development & Processing, and Health-Driven Innovation. With full access to all sessions and multiple networking moments throughout both days, attendees can tailor their experience, exchange ideas, and leave with actionable insights to accelerate innovation and scale with confidence.
