Vivian Kjær Jensen is an Application Specialist in the Dairy Applications Group at IFF, with a focus on beverage applications. She leverages all IFF technologies to develop solutions that deliver excellent taste, desired texture, and stability throughout the shelf life of juice, alcohol, and plant-based protein RTD drinks, as well as DBB solutions.

Vivian holds a MSc in Human Nutrition from Copenhagen University and has been with IFF since February 2019. With over 24 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, she has specialized in proteins from the outset of her career. Vivian combines her nutritional expertise and extensive experience in beverage applications to drive innovation and deliver value to IFF’s beverage customers.
