Vibe Glitsø is heading a Food & Plant Applied Research area at Novonesis focusing on how Bio-solutions such as enzymes and cultures can positively impact the balance of food choices in favour of plant-based products. Vibe graduated from Copenhagen University with a MSc in Food Science and a PhD in Human Nutrition and has more than 20 years of experience developing enzyme products.
