Veronica Hidding has extensive experience in innovation pipeline development and product launch execution, focused for the past five years on the food industry, specifically on plant-based dairy and dairy. Prior to her work in food, she has driven new business and product development, and marketing management, in both household care and bioenergy.
Before joining Novonesis (then Novozymes) in 2014, Veronica spent 9 years based outside of Chicago, in various roles at DSM in the Functional Materials space, including as a chemist and Product Manager, focused also on new product development, project management, and marketing for fiber optic coatings and additive manufacturing resins. Veronica holds a bachelor’s degree in both chemistry from Roosevelt University and in psychology from Chapman University.
