Dr. Stella Spanou is an enthusiastic Innovation Advisor with hands-on technical and managerial experience from working in Greece, Sweden, and Denmark. She has a strong track record in EU competitive grants and philanthropic fundraising, and thrives on building bridges between researchers, start-ups, and stakeholders across disciplines. Stella has co-designed and supported several entrepreneurial programs and served as a mentor and project coordinator in the EIT Food Seedbed Incubator and Global Food Venture Programme for early-stage deep tech ventures & PhDs training respectively.

Her focus is on The Art of Innovation—from finding and evaluating funding opportunities to transforming research into real-world value. She is passionate about helping ideas grow through strategic support, collaboration, and strong innovation ecosystems.
