Ola Funkquist is part of the Centre of Expertise for Plant-Based at Tetra Pak Processing Equipment, where he works as a Line Solution Manager. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing line solutions for the production of plant-based foods, including beverages and fermented products. He has previously held different roles related to plant-based raw materials, production, and processing technologies, giving him a strong technical and commercial understanding of the plant-based sector.
