With a strong passion for food, nutrition, and innovative ingredient solutions, Nicolas Koch serves as Jr. Product Marketing Manager Proteins EMEA at ADM. Bringing expertise in plant proteins and a deep interest in future‑forward food technologies, he plays a key role in supporting ADM’s protein portfolio across the region. Nicolas joined ADM in 2022 as an intern and has since gained experience across multiple functions, taking on roles in Marketing and Sales within different business units across ADM.

He holds a BSc in Food Science from Kiel University, where he built a solid foundation in food technology, product development, and consumer-focused innovation.
