Mathilde is the Managing Director of Forward Food Law, a boutique consultancy firm specialising in global food innovation. 

She has worked in the food industry for more than 10 years, both in the private and public sectors, including the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, ADM, and local governmental agencies in Europe, North America, and Asia. 

She sits on the Impact Investment Committee of NewTree Impact, a Belgian AgriFoodTech VC and on the Board of the Global Plant-Based Food Alliance. 

Passionate about making food legislation accessible to non-lawyers, she has been featured in multiple podcasts and has built a following of more than 12,600 people on LinkedIn. 

She also provides online courses to help non-lawyers easily navigate the global regulatory landscape.
