With 7+ years of experience in the food industry and prior to that 10 years experience as a strategy consultant, Martin joined Novozymes – now Novonesis – in 2021. Since then, he has driven global growth and innovation in plant-based foods. He leads the innovation team for plant-based ingredients, focusing on improving sensory, functional and other properties, to create plant-based foods that consumers love. Martin holds an undergraduate degree in business from Frankfurt and an MBA from London Business School.
