Mark Stavro is the Global Marketing Director of Protein & Emulsifiers at Bunge, a leading global agri-food company and pioneer in clean-tasting plant protein ingredients. As a foundational member of Bunge’s protein business unit, he played a pivotal leadership role in growing the division from a start-up to a top protein brand in just five years. Mark also served instrumentally as part of the team that spearheaded the development of Bunge's acclaimed ultra-clean tasting and light-colored plant proteins, effectively resolving critical industry challenges concerning flavor and appearance. With a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Business Leadership from Harvard, Mark brings profound expertise to the forefront of food innovation.
