Laura Herz is an R&D food scientist in the product development team at ProteinDistillery, specializing in the innovative development and application of yeast-derived ingredients. She holds a master's degree in food science and engineering from the University of Hohenheim. With specific expertise in alternative proteins and plant-based applications, Laura Herz has previously worked at the Nestlé Research Center, focusing on the development of innovative egg and meat substitutes. Since November 2022, she has been driving forward sustainable and nutritious food solutions at ProteinDistillery.
