Kartheek Anekella, PhD, is a technical leader operating at the intersection of science, strategy, and customer impact, applying rigorous scientific insight to deliver reliable and scalable industrial solutions. In his role in strategic marketing for food and alternative proteins, he leads regional strategy, portfolio direction, and market development for advanced food manufacturing and filtration technologies. With close to 15 years of experience leading food ingredients’ R&D and product development across dairy, fermentation derived proteins, cultivated meat, and filtration, Kartheek is known for bridging deep scientific expertise with commercially successful outcomes for global producers. Beyond his corporate role, he contributes thought leadership through active service on scientific advisory panels, technical review committees, and industry forums, shaping both innovation and talent development within the food science community. Kartheek holds a PhD in Food Science and Microbiology from North Carolina State University and a Master’s degree in Bioresource Engineering from McGill University.
