Having worked in some of London’s best restaurants for over 10 years, I am using all the skills I have learnt making delicious food and applying it to future-facing solutions in food; working with our cultivated fat, my focus is on structuring it within meat alternatives to create products that are equally if not more juicy, fatty and delicious than existing meat and meat alternative products.
