With expertise in plant proteins and food technology, Jolien Vink manages the protein product portfolio and leads technical developments, focusing on the ADM's European protein production locations. Based at ADM's Wageningen Campus office, Jolien joined the company in 2024, where she has served as Technical Manager and Interim Director Technical Service.

Before ADM, she has an experience of six years in the industry where she held roles in technical sales, food application development, and R&D, focusing on dairy alternatives, sports, and medical nutrition with rapeseed protein isolates.

Jolien holds both a BSc and MSc in Food Technology with a specialization in Ingredient & Functionality from Wageningen University.
