Jean-Charles Motte is the Innovation Manager at Soufflet Malt, where he and his international team promote and find sustainable solutions based on germinated seeds, known as malt, in every relevant market segment such as food. His goal and technical background build a strong belief that malt is underutilized and should be reinvented for everyday consumption.

With over 15 years in ingredient development, both in academic environments and R&D services at INRAE and IMPROVE, he has tackled diverse scientific challenges. This experience showcases a strong track record in biotechnology, milling, and process design, all reinforced by an entrepreneurial mindset.
