With 30 years of experience in the food industry, Iannis joined Novozymes - now Novonesis - in 2012. Since then, he has worked on the implementation of enzymatic solutions for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In recent years, he has been heavily involved in the development and application of innovative enzymes to improve the sensory properties, nutritional profile and production efficiency of plant-based drinks. Iannis is a chemical engineer with graduate studies in Food Science and Economics at Cornell University.
