Dr. Guido Albanese is the co-founder and COO of Koralo.

Guido holds a PhD in chemistry and has more than 25 years’ in the food industry at Unilever and startups from R&D, manufacturing to sales and operations. Today Guido is leading the Technology development and scale up of Koralo’s unique microalgae & mushroom root co-fermentation across Europe, Korea and the US.
