Göker Babacan is a Senior Application Specialist in the Dairy Applications Group at IFF, specializing in both traditional dairy and dairy alternatives. He works across a variety of applications, including beverages, creams, desserts, and cheese with fermenting plant proteins and utilizing taste and texture development through IFF technologies. With over 12 years of experience at IFF, Göker holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Ege University. Before joining IFF, he worked as an R&D engineer in the dairy industry, where he was responsible for new product development. A science-driven engineer, Göker combines his extensive knowledge of specialty ingredients with a strong passion for innovation in the dairy sector.
