With 15 years of experience in the food industry, Georgina joined Novozymes - now Novonesis - in 2023. Since then, she has worked as Business Development Manager for the plant-based category with customers in Europe. She has been involved in strategy, growth, and promotion of the enzymatic and microbiological solutions that enable the creation and launch of better and tastier plant-based products in the European Market. Georgina is a Food Technology Engineer from Tec de Monterrey with broad experience in R&D, operations and commercial strategy focused mainly on the plant-based and dairy sector.
