Frederik Mejlby is Vice President of Applied R&D and Marketing for Food & Beverages at Novonesis, bringing extensive expertise in shaping industry strategies across brand development, marketing, new product development and commercial growth. In his role Frederik works broadly across the food and beverages space, working across categories such bakery, brewery, plant-based and many more. In these categories Frederik works with customers to develop biosolutions that can improve e.g. affordability, health and environmental sustainability of final F&B products.

Frederik holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and has been with Novonesis since 2003.
