Over 35 years experience in the ingredients and food industry, started career in flavor research and product development at Unilever. This was followed by several technical and more commercial jobs at DSM, a global innovation product designers role at IFF and am currently active as Global Head of Food Applications at Biospringer by Le Saffre.
