Flavio Hagenbuch is Co-CEO and co-founder of Luya Foods. He has long been passionate about the intersection of culinary pleasures and sustainability. After starting his career in management consulting and finance, Flavio decided to embark on a new chapter, dedicate his time and energy to building a sustainable food system. In 2021, he co-founded Luya Foods. The Swiss startup uses a proprietary solid state fermentation platform to transform side streams such okara and oil seed press cakes into juicy and natural alternatives to meat.
