Elisa Arte is the Head of Food R&D at enifer. She holds a PhD in Food Sciences from the University of Helsinki and has previously worked in R&D in the Finnish food industry. At enifer, she leads the food team, driving the development of innovative food solutions and managing their regulatory approvals for market entries.
