Dr. Aurélien Forget is an awarded chemist who currently leads the Seaweed Ingredient R&D Program at IFF. He is renowned for his impactful research and contributions to biopolymers and their applications in the food and biomedical industries. Dr. Forget's international experience includes roles in Germany, Australia, and the USA, providing him with a global perspective on biopolymers.

Dr. Forget holds a PhD and Habilitation in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Freiburg, Germany. He is an experienced lecturer, has authored over thirty publications, and holds nearly fifteen patents. His contributions to innovative product development, cross-functional coordination, and communication are significantly advancing both scientific research and business growth at IFF.
