Arthur Duquesne de la Vinelle has been actively shaping the plant-based industry since 2019, a period of rapid growth and transformation. After years of strong double-digit expansion, the market is now entering a new phase of steady, long-term growth, driven by increasing consumer awareness and continuous innovation. While the early years saw a race toward hyper-realistic meat alternatives, today’s consumers are broadening their expectations, seeking not only taste and texture but also less processed, more vegetable-forward options—a shift that presents exciting opportunities for the next wave of innovation.
As Head of Innovation Europe at Garden Gourmet (Nestlé), Arthur leads product development, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to bring consumer-driven innovations to market. With over a decade of experience in business management, brand strategy, and product innovation, he has worked across sales, marketing, and business development, gaining a broad perspective on launching and growing food brands in competitive markets. His work has also involved building partnerships with key industry players and supporting the acceleration of the plant-based movement.
Arthur holds a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering Finance from Louvain School of Management.
