Amadou Sidibe is in charge of IMPROVE pilot plant for wet fractionation division. In 6 years of experience at IMPROVE, he has conducted protein extraction and fractionation trials for dozens of different companies from raw materials as diverse as pulses, oilseeds, yeasts and insects.

He has extensive experience in process development, upscaling and evaluation of yields, economics and energy uses for plant protein extraction/purification.

Former judoka, he is now playing basketball but above all, he is fan of cooking.
