This presentation will give an insight into ANDRITZ capabilities and solutions for the food and feed industry, with a focus on novel technologies, process development and engineering.

Lissy will present latest concept development - an innovative, modular, and hygienic process - enabling efficient protein extraction at smaller scales. Reduced CIP times and chemical use lead to increased uptime and improved sustainability. The compact line allows plant-based producers to gain independence from volatile isolate qualities and market prices. Side streams are valorized through partnerships - because true innovation requires collaboration. Lissy will highlight how feasibility studies are the first step, and how integrated trials at the PAC help validate the concept and build a proven business case.
