This panel addresses the following questions:

• Is it time to stop chasing the perfect meat mimicry and instead reshape the way we think about protein entirely?
• Where should investors focus to make the next billion-dollar leap—radical innovation or scaling the proven solutions?
• Can alternative proteins break into new markets beyond food, such as materials or medicine, to become the next sustainable economy driver?
• What’s the most disruptive idea in the alternative protein space right now that no one is talking about yet?
• What role do new food formats (e.g.,  new categories, protein powders, bio-designed snacks) play in shaping the future protein landscape?

The Summit Chair will share a short outlook and close the Summit.
